It is our plan to one day open up our own restaurant. We’re hoping that day will be sooner than later. In the meantime, we’re going to put in the work necessary to flesh out the ideas, put together a solid plan, get the funding, and execute. To help us stay accountable, we will be using this website to document the process of developing our restaurant concept to making that concept a reality.
